Exchange Policy
At Aimexa, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange process.
Exchange Eligibility
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase/order number is required
Eligible Exchange Reasons
Exchanges are accepted for:
- Wrong size received
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect item delivered
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Used or washed products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and product photos
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process
Customers may be responsible for delivery charges unless the mistake was from our side.
